Sponsors supporting East Croydon Kilsyth Tennis Club in 2021

Support a local community sporting club
A new initiative for our club is the introduction of sponsorship opportunities to  businesses or individuals who wish to support the East Croydon Kilsyth Tennis Club,

You would be supporting a community based sporting club that is known as a welcoming and inclusive club - and joining us on an exciting journey of growth over the next few years.

Annual club sponsorship opportunities begin at $250.  The club will be appreciative of all our sponsors and we will be encouraging our club members to consider these businesses when they are making relevant purchases.  We can list your business on our Sponsors board, within the clubhouse and feature you on this page of our club website.

Is your business interested in building it's brand by becoming a club sponsor in 2021 .....

  • Warren Woodcock & Family: "Junior Tennis Scholarship"

Over the next 12 months, each term a junior will be selected by the club to receive for that term, a combination of group coaching combined with some intensive private tuition (to the value of $250). Each of these 4 scholarships will be awarded to a junior on the basis that they reflect the club's values of fairness and good sportsmanship - as well as demonstrating a positive work ethic.

The Woodcock family who are sponsoring these four scholarships (to a combined annual value of $1,000), have enjoyed a long association with tennis, with Warren (Senior) having achieved a quarter final singles berth in the 1957 Australian Open and Warren (junior) having been the on-tour hitting partner for Ivan Lendl in the 1980's.

The club is very grateful to the Woodcock family for supporting  the development of our up-and-coming junior players through the introduction of these innovative coaching scholarships, throughout 2020 / 21.
